We use a next-day delivery service for all Genesis Trims , large Tools & Tile Care received before 12.30pm Monday to Thursday.
For orders of small items we may, at our discretion, use first class Royal Mail postage.
Orders involving chemicals or sharp or otherwise hazardous items will be dispatched by courier.
Orders received on a Friday before 12.30pm will be received on the next Monday.
Orders received after 12.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
.Due to restrictions on the carriage of chemical substances we can only deliver to mainland UK addresses.
Due to charges levied by carriers , we are no longer able to offer a free re- delivery of goods after a failed 1st delivery.
We will only contact you before delivery should we have to amend your delivery day. Your confirmation notice will state your delivery day. Please ensure when placing an order that someone will be available to recieve the goods. You can also ask us to give notice to the carrier to leave your goods in a safe place. However we will not take any responsibility if goods go missing when instrcutions have been left to leave outside.
Collections
Please contact us for all collections before caling at 36 Grange Crescent Coxhoe Co Durham DH6 4BG. We do not hold goods at the aforementioned address but can get any item from our website with prior notice.
Returns
In general goods are not sold on a sale or return basis. We may at our discretion accept goods back for a refund . We will only accept goods back after prior notification and agreement with Boltseal. The cost of any transport incurred in the return of goods will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Goods will only be accepted back if unused / unopened.
All Trims returned using our carrier will be charged at a minimun of £23.50.
All returns are determined at our absolute discretion.
Cancelled orders once despatched will be dealt with as a return .

We accept no liability whatsoever for any goods that are damaged in transit when being returned .
We reserve the right to withhold refunds for any goods that are damaged in transit when being returned.
